Property Management Fees

  • No long-term contracts—cancel anytime, no penalties.

  • Monthly fee $85/door. $0 when vacant.

  • Placement: 4.5% of gross rent. (6% without PMA).

  • Lease renewal: $250.

  • $0 mark up on repairs/maintenance costs.

  • Site visit: $125 first hour. $75 Any additional hour.
